OYATSUPAN is a mash-up of two Japanese words, “OYATSU” meaning snack, and “PAN” meaning bread or sweet roll. We are proud to offer delicious baked goods that standout from the everyday store-bought bread – no artificial preservatives and a shelf life of four to five days on Shokupans (Japanese milk bread). Our team bakes fresh batches of sweet rolls, two to three times a day, using the Japanese baking methods taught by Hiro himself. From melon pan (100% butter sable cookie sweet roll), decadent cream puffs, French-Japanese style soft baked cheese cake, and curry-filled donuts to a pork tonkatsu or fresh egg sandwich, a pan (sweet azuki bean paste-filled sweet roll) and the OYATSUPAN Dog, there is something to make everyone’s taste buds jump for joy.
