After 15 years in the restaurant business, Jeannie Terilli decided to step away from the hustle of the food industry and start a landscaping company. However, after digging countless 5-gallon holes in the sweltering Texas heat, she began to question her choice. Still unsure, Jeannie decided to let fate decide her future. She flipped a coin, asking for a sign: heads to open a restaurant, tails to keep digging. The coin landed on heads, guiding her back to her roots in the restaurant world. Embracing her family heritage, she opened Terilli’s Restaurant.
Jeannie originally wanted to serve pizza but chose to avoid competing with family and friends already in the pizza business. Drawing from her past success with nachos, she created her own twist: a unique “pizza chip.” This creation, now a registered trademark known as “Italchos,” is made fresh daily in-house using a special recipe. If you haven’t tried them yet, get ready to be hooked.
At Terilli’s, every guest is part of the family. Our restaurant is owned and operated by the Terilli family, and we look forward to welcoming you soon.
